The design of the sales office, which serves as the experience center, is a reflection of the overall project style. The use of wood finishes and marble, combined with a color palette of original color and high ash, creates an atmosphere of sophistication. The design is a bold combination of Oriental aesthetics and modern art, resulting in a space that is both comfortable and substantial.
The project, which covers a total of 3620 square meters, is centered around the food and security industry, integrating delicacies, cultural tourism, and health care. The architectural design concept is deeply rooted in the Chinese cultural context, combining a poetic pastoral style with contemporary fashion art. The interior layout is minimalist, highlighting the space's functionality and giving it an elite, sedate feeling.
Several design details reflect the designer's outstanding ingenuity. The metal handicrafts placed outside the negotiation area are modern and avant-garde, yet they complement the surrounding wood finishes. The ceiling's design, with its nested radius, raised square box, and sunken dome, is reminiscent of the Yin and Yang, symbolizing a round heaven.
The project, which started in July 2018 and finished in January 2019, is located in Gao'an, a city with a history of more than 2,000 years. The completion of the Bluetown Taohuayuan project has injected new vitality into this historic city. The project base is adjacent to Nanchang, the provincial capital in the east, and the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed rail in the north, offering unique geographical advantages and unsurpassed commercial potential.
The Bluetown Taohuayuan project carries forward the Chinese millennium civilization, emphasizing a slow-paced, low-burden lifestyle. With profound Oriental aesthetic skills combined with accurate modern art cognition, the designer communicates a clear message: living here, you will be relaxed and comfortable.
Bluetown Taohuayuan is a testament to Feng Xu's design philosophy and skill. The project was awarded the Golden A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2020, a prestigious accolade granted to marvelous, outstanding, and trendsetting creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom.
